BASIC DIRECTION OF THE TEAM
1) A PLAYER SHOULD HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE, RESPONSIBLE & DISCIPLINED

In futsal, team chemistry is essential. I may not have the most skillful players individually, but I will create the best team collectively.
6) PLAYERS WILL BE BRIEFED ABOUT THE TEAMS’ RULES & REGULATIONS.
Running a team must also be like running a corporation, with concrete rules.
7) PLAYERS SHOULD ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS
As a coach, in selecting players, it should start with a player having a good attitude & respect for authority. Let us not put one rotten apple to spoil all the good apples in the basket.
